I was seriously blown away when I held this part in my hand. It has a fantastic weight to it, and the curve fits nicely against the meat of your thumb / palm. I can't think of any way this part could be improved.
The bore of this choke will hold a lot
I was able to fit: NB, 18650 pack and mini speaker into the bore of this choke. It was a little tight, but it fits. Point the speaker out one end, the NB's microSD card out the other with the Li-Ion in the middle. This opens up range of smaller hilt options for those who like the ergonomic shape of this choke.
Not used as intended...i guess
Not knowing what to do with a choke so long and not really needing to attach it to a blade holder, I decided to replace the orthodox handle with this choke. I purchased a pommel, the small double-female exnetion piece and "VIOLA!" had a really unique handle for a creation i called the "Sparring Saber"! A non-electronic silver bladed practice blade in which there was no need for a switch box. EXCELLENT PIECE! Worked out just like I had expected it to!
