This version has a center hole for Tri-Crees or Tri-Rebels if you want to run the wires down the center of the heatsink assuming the LED star has a center hole.

I have attached it via a 4-40 rod to the V2 chassis bulkheads to make a slide in/out chassis for hilts with a 1" ID. Very well made and works perfectly with a single or tri-cree LED.
