Lots of sanding! But its all good.
I had to do a lot of sanding to get this to fit in the hilt but otherwise it was was an easy project. One of the small screws included wouldnt screw in but i found a replacement. So all an all id buy it again.

This thing is so much tougher looking than the plastic it replaces, it would be worth doing for looks alone. Also works great and fits tight. Order graflex pins as the old ones wont fit, and you will want a little 10/32 button head screw too.
